Absolutely! I love working with individuals who are new to exercise. There is so much I can teach and so much progress we can make together!
Sessions are 50 minutes which gives time for a warm up 35 minute workout and 5 minute cool down. Sessions start at $80. I charge monthly for the sessions scheduled.
You definitely can! With a doctor's 'okay', there is no better time to start than now. I can keep your workouts safe and effective.
Generally twice a week is a good place to start. For experienced lifters 3 times a week would be ideal. For new moms once a week can be a good starting pace.
